Nice and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and concerned. I didn't like the breakfast. Since the continuous heaters were on, everything was dry because the products were open. Even though it was morning time, the restaurant staff were friendly. Generally a nice hotel.
I've been going here for about a year. Its lines have not really changed until today. Hygiene, Cleanliness, Courtesy, Smiling, Restaurant and especially breakfast are amazing. Definitely highly recommended.
I and my family stayed for 1 week at the Ramada hotel, which we went to due to the earthquake. We were very satisfied with the service, clean rooms, breakfast and dinner we received during this process. We were very pleased especially with the cleaning staff, Safiye, and the dining hall staff, İlknur, thank you for everything, hope to see you again in better days.
